Management Accountant | Remote/Hybrid | £45,000 - £50,000

An opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, playing a key role in financial reporting and analysis. This role has been created to provide financial insight, partnering with senior leadership to support commercial decision-making and drive efficiency.

Ideal for a qualified or finalist level CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant, this role offers a high level of autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to develop within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of financial reporting and analysis for a key division
• Partnering with senior leadership to provide financial insights
• Preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Reconciliation and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy
• Variance analysis with detailed commentary
• Supporting process improvements and efficiencies
• Managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance
• Oversight of financial controls and reporting frameworks

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified or near-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Previous Management Accounts experience essential
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and ERP systems
