Learning and Development Business Partner

Resourcery Group is thrilled to support a Liverpool-based non-profit organisation in their search for an exceptional Learning and Development Business Partner to join their HR team. This pivotal role will drive the Learning and Development function across a complex organisation.

In line with the company's significant growth over the last five years, the People Strategy is critical in ensuring long-term success. As the Learning and Development Business Partner, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a colleague-focused and commercially-minded Group Learning and Development strategy.
• Provide expert advice and support on learning and development to senior leaders.
• Ensure that the business has the necessary skills and capabilities to deliver the corporate plan and provide a "best-in-class" service in all training areas.
• Design and oversee the Group's annual training plans.
• Oversee the apprenticeship programme.
• Be responsible for the learning and development budget, ensuring it is managed and tracked accurately and reported regularly to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Continuously seek to improve content and evaluate its impact, ensuring our learning tools meet both colleague and business needs.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred but not essential) or demonstrable experience in this function.
• Evidence of and commitment to continual professional, leadership, and personal development.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record in supporting and working with Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team to drive change.
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity in the workplace and in the delivery of services to customers.
• High levels of IT literacy and an understanding of new ways of working

What is on offer?

• £45,000-£47,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Buy and Sell options)
• Flexible working
• Travel to sites ( expensed) 
• City Centre Head Office location- Ideally mostly office based but with flaxibilty around some hybrid working
