FOUR DAY WORKING WEEK AS STANDARD

Resourcery Group are delighted to be working with a business operating in the Tech/SaaS space that is committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This FP&A role has been created in order to make a real impact on the company's financial strategy and growth.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and decision-making process.

Main duties will include;

• Preparing accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Performing variance analysis and identifying key drivers behind performance trends.
• Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting financial modelling to assess potential investments, new initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Partnering with various departments to understand business drivers and contribute to financial planning.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assisting with the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Continuously improving financial processes and tools to enhance the quality of financial data and reporting.

Candidate profile;

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or working towards final stages of qualification
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
